Alanna has worked at InnoVision Marketing Group for over five years, rapidly accelerating through the ranks in the Account Services department to ultimately become an Associate Creative Director and now Director of Client Services & Brand Strategy. Alanna graduated as a member of Phi Beta Kappa and with high distinction (equivalent to magna cum laude) at the age of 20 from the University of California Berkeley, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. During this time, she studied abroad in Europe, immersing herself in the culture and learning to approach information from different and diverse perspectives.
At InnoVision, Alanna oversees the day-to-day management of all accounts, supervising the teams that ensure all client deadlines and goals are continuously met. She also works extensively with the media team, providing strategic direction and feedback for each campaign according to the objectives of the client at hand. With a background in copywriting and creative strategy development, Alanna oversees the copywriters at InnoVision and works with the creative department to similarly ensure all projects are consistent with each client’s brand strategy. As a member of the creative team, Alanna contributes and has much experience in strategy development and writing copy for television, radio, web and public relations. One of her key strengths is her ability to familiarize herself with the brand and the target demographic to create content that not only speaks directly to the consumer, but does so in the brand’s voice. She frequently lectures on brand theory and strategy with Ric, providing an in-depth understanding of the process by which actions impact the conceptual through the intersection of brand and operations. As a key brand strategist for the company, Alanna has spearheaded the comprehensive brand diagnostic studies for the Tulalip Tribes’ government along with the workshops and retreats conducted to provide actionable follow-up for their team members.
