We are looking for an Assistant Account Coordinator to provide support to the account management teams at InnoVision. Applicants must be motivated with a fantastic attitude as this is a great opportunity to learn and grow within our quickly-growing company!
Essential Functions
- Researches client products, services, plans, competitors and target markets to familiarize self with all aspects of the client’s needs.
- May attend some meetings related to client, taking good notes on any products, events, processes, etc.
- Coordinates and/or assists in execution of any client events, as needed.
- Prepares account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting recaps, proposals and other client communications and correspondence.
- Organizes workload for efficient time management and meets multiple schedule deadlines on time.
- Assists team leader and other account staff as needed.
- Some clerical work as needed, including answering phones.
Media Buyer/Planner
We have an opening for a Media Buyer / Planner with 2+ years of experience. If you’re energetic, mature and have experience in the analysis, buying, planning and evaluation of all media platforms, specifically TV, radio, OOH, print and Pandora, this is a ground-floor career opportunity and your chance to blaze a trail at InnoVision! ®.
Essential Functions
- Works with the client and account team to understand the client’s business objectives and advertising strategy.
- Creates media proposals, including cost schedules, based on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns.
- Creates, reviews and negotiates annual RFPs for clients, as required.
- Maintains good relationships with media owners such as newspapers, magazines, websites and radio stations.
- Coordinates all media buying on behalf of client.
- Maintains a detailed record of client’s media schedule and budget. Reconciles budget when necessary.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Traffics weekly media for clients.

Account Executive / Social Media Specialist
We are looking for a full-time Account Executive with an expertise in social media to manage marketing efforts for various clients. InnoVision is an extremely active and social company with high-profile clients, therefore all candidates must have outstanding communication skills and carry themselves in a professional manner.
Essential Functions
- Communicates with internal employees and external customers for the best possible client presentation. Ensures all client work meets the needs of the client, marketing and management.
- Researches client products, services, plans, competitors and target markets to familiarize self with all aspects of the client’s needs.
- Responds to all client requests as they arise, as requested by senior account team.
- Handles requesting, sending and collecting invoices to client, as assigned by senior account team
- Coordinates and reviews creative for client; obtains client approval as needed.

We have a full-time opening for an on-site, experienced Production Artist. Applicants should be experienced and ready to grow into an Art Director role. - Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based on available space and aesthetic design concepts.
- Presents samples of finished work to account lead(s) and/or creative director(s) for final approval.
Web Developer
We have a full-time opening for an on-site, experienced Web Developer. We operate in an extremely fast-paced environment, so all candidates must work well under pressure and strict deadlines, PLUS have a great attitude.

Essential Functions
- Build, manage and provide maintenance of all websites and other electronic publications and/or applications.
- Ensure that all design elements, templates and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings along with the constraints set by clientm
- Work with account team and Creative Director(s) on style and approach for all projects.
