Account Coordinator

We’re looking for a positive, motivated Account Coordinator to help manage client accounts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with management of existing accounts
  • Assisting with tracking radio, TV & print ads
  • Assisting in the development of media lists and editorial calendars
  • Assisting in the coordination of client events
  • Assisting in writing and updating communications including newsletters, press releases, advertisements, marketing materials, websites and more
  • Assisting with competitive and market research
  • Writing notes, recaps, memos and correspondence
  • Assisting in the coordination of public relations and media relations efforts
  • Working at client events

  • The ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
  • The ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • A willingness to put in extra hours, work weekends and holiday hours when necessary
  • The desire to succeed and grow in the competitive world of marketing and advertising

Required experience:

  • College degree in advertising, marketing, communications, public relations or similar field
  • 2 years of marketing/advertising experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
